Easy Claims Process

At www.claimsland.co.uk we want to make it as easy as possible to validate your claim for Compensation.

Each compensation claim will be judged on its individual circumstances and therefore your experience may vary to that outlined below.

Step 1: If you think you have a claim please call us or fill in the enquiry form.

Step 2: If your claim is valid you will be interviewed by one of our experience Solicitors. Here the claims process should be ready to start.

Step 3: The Defendant will receive a letter of claim and we hope at this stage they will accept liability and make an offer of payment for your compensation.

Step 4: Payment to you should then be made and Court proceedings should not be needed.

However; If parties cannot agree on a settlement or the Defendant does not respond to our Solicitor.

The decision will then be made to see if we should issue proceedings in consultation with you. Court proceedings will then commence with a view to securing compensation quickly and efficiently.

Step 5: After the formalities of Court have been completed a cheque or payment for your compensation will arrive on your doorstep quickly and efficiently.
